Refund & Return Policy

At EssentialOilOnline.com, we value your business and want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is specific to ensure safety, quality, and authenticity.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
The product received is damaged in transit.
The product is defective or contaminated.
You received the wrong product from what was ordered.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of fragrance, as essential oils and oleoresins are consumable ingredients and cannot be restocked once opened.
2. Time Frame
All return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible.
3. Return Process
Contact our support team at contact@essentialoilonline.com with:
Order number
Description of issue
Photo evidence of damaged/incorrect product
Our team will review and approve eligible claims. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a replacement.
4. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement instead of a refund.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is returned without prior approval or outside of policy, shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used containers. Bulk orders (100 lb drums or larger) unless proven defective. Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale.”
7. Quality Assurance
All products leave our warehouse sealed, batch-tested, and quality-verified. We recommend that wholesale buyers request a sample size before committing to large volume purchases.
