All products are intended for industrial, cosmetic, aromatherapy, food, or pharmaceutical applications as specified. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally, subject to applicable laws.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of essential oils and oleoresins, returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Claims must be made within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
6. Certificates & Quality
All products are supplied with Certificates of Analysis (COA), GC/MS reports, or MSDS where applicable.
We guarantee products to be authentic and of stated quality, but end-use formulations are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EssentialOilOnline.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
10. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including breach or validity, shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitration shall take place in Baltimore, MD.
Each party shall bear its own costs, and arbitrator fees shall be shared equally unless otherwise decided.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, with no right of appeal.
